James Healy

James “Jimmy” Healy is a lifelong Oregonian who exclusively represents individuals who have suffered harm by no fault of their own. Jimmy’s favorite part of being a lawyer is his role as counselor, listening to his clients’ goals and desires, and pursuing those goals for his clients’ benefit through all phases of legal proceedings. Jimmy spent his first five years of practice working predominantly for insurance companies, defending individuals and insurance companies in personal injury, illegal employment practice, and professional malpractice claims. Jimmy’s prior work experience as a defense attorney allows him to approach cases from a unique perspective, and Jimmy leverages his knowledge and experience as a former defense lawyer when pursuing fair and just compensation for his injured clients.

Jimmy graduated with honors from Willamette University College of Law in 2012. Jimmy received his undergraduate degree from Southern Oregon University. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the Marion County Bar Association.
