Jeff obtained his J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1998 and his B.A. Degree in Political Science from Linfield College in 1995.

Jeff is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar, and the Federal District Court for the District of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and Marion County Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Jeff worked as a judicial law clerk in the Multnomah County Circuit Court and performed contract work for attorneys in the Portland area, working on claims involving car accidents and products liability.

Jeff maintains an active trial practice and has litigated injury claims for clients in counties throughout Oregon and Washington.
