Jeff’s practice emphasizes personal injury, nursing home and rehabilitation facility abuse and neglect, and disputes with insurance companies. He represents clients in all aspects of claims involving personal injury and wrongful death, including car accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), and claims against residential facilities, as well as first-party disputes with insurance companies (denial of motor vehicle PIP claims and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims).
Jeff obtained his J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1998 and his B.A. Degree in Political Science from Linfield College in 1995.
Jeff is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar, and the Federal District Court for the District of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and Marion County Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Jeff worked as a judicial law clerk in the Multnomah County Circuit Court and performed contract work for attorneys in the Portland area, working on claims involving car accidents and products liability.
Jeff maintains an active trial practice and has litigated injury claims for clients in counties throughout Oregon and Washington.
Outside of the office, Jeff is the married father of 4 and is active in his church. He enjoys golf (though he does it poorly) and travel.
