Jason Voorhees

Jason has combined more than a decade of training and experience as a licensed clinical psychotherapist, with a robust legal education, to offer a unique and insightful approach to serving his clients.

Jason graduated with honors from Willamette University College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of Willamette Law Review and Executive Secretary of the Willamette University College of Law Moot Court Board.

During law school, Jason won the Bruce Spaulding Civil Trial Competition, and was selected by his professors to receive the prestigious Bruce Spaulding Memorial Award for Trial Advocacy. He was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a nationally observed honor society recognizing those with exceptional trial advocacy skills. Lastly, Jason received the Edward J. Harri Award for his dedication and service to the Willamette University College of Law Moot Court Board.

Prior to law school, Jason held professional licenses in the fields of clinical and school psychology in the state of Texas, where he lived and worked for 18 years. As a licensed clinical psychotherapist and a licensed school psychologist, Jason administered psychological evaluations and conducted psychotherapy sessions with clients of all ages that experienced depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress disorder.

Based on his background, training and experience, Jason brings a unique outlook as an attorney that guides personal injury victims and their families through the emotionally challenging aspects of personal injury claims.

On a more personal note, Jason was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and is a die-hard Cardinals and Blues fan. In his free time, Jason enjoys watching Premier League football, exercising, bouldering, and exploring the Oregon outdoors with his wife and his Jack Russell terrier.
