Chris has been involved in cases with significant motion practice concerning integral and novel arguments in the fields of tort, defamation, free speech, bailments, filiation and other complex areas of law. Chris is acting as co-counsel in a suit involving one of the largest securities fraud investment scams in Oregon.
Prior to his involvement with the firm, Chris obtained valuable experience as a legal assistant in an insurance defense law firm.
Chris represents injured victims and their families, emphasizing his practice on motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, sexual abuse, products liability, and personal injury. His practice areas also include civil rights violations, complex litigation, consumer protection, and investment fraud.
