Mr. Maier's practice focuses on personal injury claims, workers’ compensation claims and social security disability claims, with expertise in settlement mediation, arbitration, and trial work. Mr. Maier has tried more than 2,000 hearings and trials.
Mr. Maier has been a lead lecturer on personal injury and workers' compensation law at Continuing Education Seminars. He has successfully resolved thousands of personal injury claims, workers’ compensation claims, and social security cases.
