Lyle Bosket

Lyle is an Oregon native born in Coos Bay and raised in Florence. Lyle graduated from Siuslaw High School in 1988. Lyle also attended Oregon State University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in History in 1992.

Following graduation from OSU, Lyle spent three years in the U.S. Army Infantry where he honorably served his country in Georgia, Colorado, and Cuba.

Following his service in the Army, Lyle married his wife, Jennifer and entered the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating in 1998. Lyle began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney representing the accused on cases ranging from misdemeanors to more serious Measure 11 offenses. This experience presented Lyle the opportunity to try many cases early in his career. This litigation experience has proved to be invaluable.

After several years of defending criminal cases, Lyle took a position as a Senior Trial Attorney with Allstate Insurance Company’s in-house counsel located in Portland, Oregon, where he tried many cases across the state.

Most recently, Lyle has returned to his roots, following his desire to help individuals against the powerful forces aligned against them in the insurance industry by joining Gatti, Gatti, Maier, Sayer, Thayer & Associates in February, 2006.

Lyle is a very experienced and most competent trial attorney eager to assist you. We strongly encourage you to feel free to contact Lyle should you have any type of question. Lyle is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bars, the Federal Bar for the District of Oregon as well as the Oregon and Washington Trial Lawyers Associations.
